OUR ORGANIZATION
Hildebrand Healthcare Consulting (HHC) was formed to answer the need for interim staffing coverage
and
consulting for special projects as well as training and education of physicians and staff in
Quality, Patient Safety, Risk Management, Physician Performance (OPPE, FPPE), coding (ICD9,
ICD10 and PCS), as well as regulatory, compliance, and accreditation issues (TJC, CMS, HFAP,
HEDIS)  

In today's business environment, many facilities do not have the resources to fund staffing Full Time
Equivalents (FTEs) dedicated to these fields, yet regulatory and accrediting bodies require activities and
documentation that poses a burden on staff with other duties. By utilizing HHC's professionals on
intermittent basis, an organization can still meet regulatory requirements while easing the work burden
on their employees and lesson the financial impact to the organization as a whole.

In addition, true excellence in the delivery of healthcare requires that the professionals and employees
have the needed knowledge and skills and are engaged with their organization that integrates their
customer and employee satisfaction with both strategic planning and day to day operations (the
Baldrige
approach).  However, clinical and ancillary staff rarely have
training in performance improvement
included in their entry level education and relatively few formal sources for training.  n addition,
organizational leadership also has few opportunities for training in how to link vision and strategy to daily
operations, process and outcomes such as customer satisfaction.  Many professionals learn these skills
on the job, and would benefit from an organized curriculum for initial training or even as a refresher.   HHC
provides those training and networking opportunities with the benefit of earning continuing education
contact hours.
